For Patients: Surviving And Thriving

Duke Cancer Center Macon Pond will host Surviving And Thriving on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The seminar for women will feature author and certified sex therapist Laurie Watson, MA, LMFT, LPC, who will address sexuality and sexual function. Surviving And Thriving will also include panels, such as Work and Family, Rethinking One's Roles; Physical and Mental Function, lymphedema management, pelvic floor issues and incontinence; and Conditioning Our Minds and Bodies to Thrive, nutrition, exercise and mind and spirit.
