By: Duke CTSI

The Duke Clinical & Translational Science Institute will officially launch their new Mobile App Gateway on Thursday, October 19, from 8 a.m. to noon in the Great Hall of the Trent Semans Center.

The Duke Mobile App Gateway is a collaborative effort designed to help Duke faculty and students who are interested in mobile application development. Mobile technology offers unprecedented opportunity in patient care and research. The Mobile App Gateway is the entry point for support of digital health and mobile app research and development throughout Duke Health and Duke University. The Gateway provides a variety of consultation services, tools, and education to those with an interest in creating and validating a mobile technology solution. It supports custom app development from concept through deployment, and welcomes clients to reach out early in their projects. The Gateway is a conduit to resources at Duke and the local tech community.

Request a consult or for general questions about the Mobile App Gateway, email mobileapps@duke.edu.
