The Shingleton Award

The Shingleton Award is our highest volunteer honor. The award is inspired by William W. Shingleton, MD, founding father and emeritus director of the Duke Comprehensive Cancer Center. This prestigious award recognizes the outstanding service and generosity of individuals committed to advancing the fight against cancer. Over the years, Duke Cancer Institute has honored many individuals, couples, and families for their generosity in contributing both time and financial resources.
