TYAO Program Study

To help us better understand the experiences of young cancer patients, we would like to include you in a patient database and for you to complete two online surveys over 6 months. The surveys will ask about topics important to young patients like:
- Life changes since your cancer diagnosis
- Symptoms and symptom interference
- Fertility and sexual health
- Physical activity
- How to improve services at Duke
