This is an observational study that collects health information and samples from children, teens, and young adults with certain cancers or tumors. Participants may join one of two projects that include reviewing medical records and collecting samples such as blood, tissue, saliva, urine, or other body fluids to help researchers learn more about these diseases.

This study is for children, teens, and young adults with certain tumors or cancers, including cancers that are benign, borderline, or malignant. It also includes people with certain tumors of the brain, kidney, blood, immune system, hormone-producing tissues, and other rare tumor types.

Participants may be able to join if they were 25 years old or younger when they were first diagnosed. Participants or their parent or legal guardian must agree to take part in the study and sign a consent form. Parents may also be asked to provide a sample for research.

This study collects health information from children and young adults with cancer over time. Researchers will use this information to better understand cancer and improve future treatments and long term care.
