Please join us for the 2026 Pickle for Pink Pickleball Fundraising Tournament benefiting Duke Breast Surgery and the Duke Breast Oncology Program on Friday, Oct. 30 - Sunday, Nov. 1. 

Tournament play will begin on Friday morning and continue throughout the weekend, with a Players Party on Friday evening, October 30th, to kick things off. Join us for an exhibition match featuring some of the best local players. Enjoy an up-close view of the action while savoring beverages from Wicked Weed. In addition to playing and watching pickleball, you may also support us by donating or bidding on an item in our auction. Our ability to conduct innovative research, effectively educate patients and providers, and create programs to meet our patients’ needs relies heavily on our ability to fundraise effectively. So please, in honor of someone you know or just because you always thought you wanted to try, grab and paddle and come “pickle for pink”, “dink for Duke”, be a “banger against breast cancer!”

The fundraiser will raise funds for Duke Breast Surgery and the Duke Breast Oncology Program. Funds from the past 3 years have gone toward the certification of three of our APPs in surgical breast oncology by the American Society of Breast Surgeons. This specialized training allows them to provide advanced expert care to patients facing breast disease. We also supported lactation counseling, improving the quality of care for post-surgical patients. These funds have enabled the launch of a visiting professor lectureship series, bringing leading experts to Duke and fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
